I introduce healthy foods for all of People who want to lose weight!!


First, I introduce “Tofu

Tofu is made from soybeans and nigari. Nigari is food additive which extract from a seawater. It is necessary food for Japanese. Recently, tofu is high in favor with all over the world, because its calorie is very low, rich in protein and low prices!!

This is
diet recipe which is used tofu. It is very very healthy!!!!




Second, I introduce “Konjak

Konjak is low calorie and contain a lot of dietary fiber. And we have to chew it well, so we only eat a little, we will be full up soon!!

These
recipes are used Konjak instead of noodles and pastas and so on!!I think that it suit summer.
