I examined Auckland’s West Coast Beaches. At this place, there are five beaches such as Muriwai, Bethells, Piha, Karekare and Whatipu. I’ll tell you about Karekare, Piha and Muriwai.




First, I’m going to talk about Karekare beach.　This is Karekare Falls. This waterfall has a difference of six meters in elevation, and it is called “Opal Pool”. Along the fall, there is a road to walk and view the fall. But the beach does not get the high number of visitors, because the road is narrow.




Second is Piha beach. Piha was the birthplace of board riding and this beach is most famous surf beach. It is popular with skillful surfers, because Piha beach’s sand is black iron-sand. They think that black iron-sand suit surf. Piha is not just surf and sand. This beach is famous for surf as well as Lion Rock and numerous bush walks.





Finally is Muriwai beach. This beach is the conservation of Nature Park. We can enjoy surfing, parasailing, hang gliding, fishing and driving along the beach. In the south of the park, there is a place which is a heavy growth of boody. We call the bird Katsuodori in Japanese. Muriwai beach continues sixty kilometers!!







In West Coast in New Zealand, there are many beautiful beaches. If you go to these beaches, you must be absorbed taking pictures!!

Tongariro National Park...

Volcanos which are inside Tongariro National Park are active volcano, but we can ski a slope and hiking to crater. In New Zealand, season of skiing usually starts in July, and ski resort run until the last spring.

Te Wahipounamu...

There is Mt.Cook inside Te Wahiponamu. If you climb Mt. Cook, you will see a magnificent view! The nature is very hard, so investigation of Te Wahipounamu was started during 1960. There are rare seeds and meat-eating snails in here!!

2.4 million or more tourists visit in New Zealand in a year. There are some of the best scenery places in New Zealand, such as mountains, lakes and so on.

But why is this festival called‘Apple Festival’?? I'm going to tell you about history of this festival.

There were people who lived in east of the Czech Republic. They were called the Moravian. In 1753, they arrived in America. Then they brought apple seeds from Europe and sowed them. According to the record, they advice to plant six apple trees each family. After several years, around the hills and parks was filled with apple trees.

Now, North Carolina is the 7th largest apple-producing state in the nation and Henderson County is the largest apple-producing county in North Carolina. The county grows 65 percent of all the apples grown in the state.

By this history, apples were one of the important American life histories, so Apple Festival is a pledge of gratitude for Moravian.

I introduce Apple Festival which began in September of 2001 in Hendersonville in North Carolina of America!!!!

It is held on every Third Saturdays in September at Historic Bethabara Park in Winston-Salem, a four day celebration, and we can participate in this festival for free. Historic Bethabara Park is filled with bluegrass music and old-time music, unique crafts apple products children’s & youth activities and foods.

I introduce my favorite movie “Sister Act2”!!



This is a musical comedy. There is a club singer who is not famous, and she create many happenings in a convent which is sheltered her. Then she is appointed choir, and she arrange hymns to rock music. Finally, hers choir win the gospel contest!!




In the first place, gospel was made by black man, they were made to work by white man and made to change their own religion to Christianity, but they believed exist of God in Christianity, then they sing a song for God to help themselves. Gospel was since become more artistic, and it was gradually become popular in pop-music circles.



In this movie, a very famous singer appears as Rita Louise Watson, her name is Lauryn Hill. She was born in South Orange, New Jersey. She has sung at church and appeared video drama as actress when she was young. In 1988, she formed Fugees, and debuted, then she released solo album, and its CD was sold twenty million!! She sings many songs in this movie. Of all others, I like Joyful Joyful the best. If you watch this animation, you can not help crying! Her voice is powerful and beautiful, so I moved by this song.




I like this movie soundtrack better than any other movie soundtrack. It is gospel, but not ordinary!! It was arranged into rock, hip-hop and rap.

I have took singing lesson for five years, and sometimes I have sang gospel, so I was impressed with this movie when I watched more and more. Sister Act taught me enjoyments of singing. Do you become to want to watch Sister Act2?!

My Summer Vacation…!!!!!

■■Summer Vacation■■

My summer vacation was very exciting. I went to my grandparents house in Oita. We went to Oita by my father’s car. It took twelve hours!! I was so tired. But I don’t have driver’s license, so my father drove all way from Nagoya to Oita. I thought that he must be tired than me.


We stopped Dazaifu shrine at Fukuoka on its way to Oita. We threw in a coin, drew a fortune slip and took many pictures.


My first impression of Oita was very cool!! In Oita, the maximum temperature was twenty-eight degrees. The temperature in Nagoya is higher than Oita. Air conditioner and fan are necessary for our dairy life in Nagoya. But There were no need in Oita. We needed coat rather than Air conditioner and fan.


In grandparents house, we were sporting with cousin and cat. I and my younger sister taught arithmetic for cousin. He was tomboy, so we were very tired. It was hard work for me, but Momo(Cat) healed my fatigue. I love cats, however my parents hate cats, so I can’t keep cats. I looked forward to meeting Momo. Momo is so wild! He caught bulbul. I can talk with cats, so I asked him. “What is your next game?” Then he said that next game is boar!! I think that he is cool!


More over, we set off fireworks, went to amusement grounds, soak in a hot spring and so on. There are many hot springs in Oita, so I went to hot spring every day! I got smooth skin from the hot spring.

We have stayed for a week in Oita, and we came back to Osaka by ferry and drove my father’s car from Osaka to Nagoya. I enjoyed this trip. Next trip which go to Oita is summer vacation of next year. I want to visit at this point in time!!

I introduce healthy foods for all of People who want to lose weight!!


First, I introduce “Tofu”

Tofu is made from soybeans and nigari. Nigari is food additive which extract from a seawater. It is necessary food for Japanese. Recently, tofu is high in favor with all over the world, because its calorie is very low, rich in protein and low prices!!

This is diet recipe which is used tofu. It is very very healthy!!!!




Second, I introduce “Konjak”

Konjak is low calorie and contain a lot of dietary fiber. And we have to chew it well, so we only eat a little, we will be full up soon!!

These recipes are used Konjak instead of noodles and pastas and so on!!I think that it suit summer.

Effects of laugher
Do you like laughter and know that laughter is good for health?! It makes us relax and happy. To laughter, it gives us good results which activate our brain, prevent senility and constipation. Besides we can get same effect which we exercise by laughter. And there are effects which make a good impression and smooth human relations. So laughter is wonderful behavior for us!!!! We always try to be cheerful, and laughter will bring good luck for us!!!!!!!!!

The entertainer is imitating Beyonce. Her name is Naomi Watanabe. She becomes famous recently. I love Beyonce, so I know her’s imitation is looks like Beyonce. But Beyonce has a good figure, talent and charm. However, the entertainer doesn’t have them!!!!!!!! Those differences are funny for people and Beyonce’s fun like me. In this connection, I put Beyonce’s music video, too!! So, I would like you to compare Beyonce’s video with Naomi who is in imitation of Beyonce.


Funny CATS!!!!
This is very cute and funny cats!!!! There are many stupid cats in this video. For example, cats climb a wall, pester foods like a person, fall to floor from shelf and so on. This video makes us laughter, happy and exciting!! It is healing for us.

This is very interesting animated cartoon!!!!!! There are many series of Golden Eggs. It is one of them. The subject is 【Body-building club】!! It’s funny!! This animated cartoon is used a word of 「～系」!! (It is Japanese word.) So I think that this animated cartoon win popularity with Japanese audience.
